What Is Site Support About on the Wealthy Affiliate platform?
I can imagine that you have either just signed up for Wealthy Affiliate, or you have just read a review about the platform. Either way, you likely have some more questions about the many features that WA has to offer, and this article will answer all of those related to Site Support.

One of the many reasons that people are still asking questions about the features or benefits at Wealthy Affiliate, is because they offer so much to their members.
It can easily be overwhelming for a new member to grasp everything that is at their disposal. From content writing, to site building, hosting, affiliate training, site security, and so much more. Wealthy Affiliate is a one stop shop for everything affiliate marketing.
Site Support is just another one of the many tools that is open to premium members. You will never have to worry that you are not being taken care of. That is why I wrote this article. I want you to see how Wealthy Affiliate is always there to help, and explain what it’s about and how to use it, just in case you find yourself in need of the extra support on your website.
So, without further delay, let jump into the article and answer that first question.
What Is Site Support About?
Site Support is really about UX, or user experience, and adding value to the Wealthy Affiliate membership. This tool gives premium members access to the WA tech support team, as would be expected of any reputable company such as this.
Any time that you are having an issue with your website, or anything related to the WA platform, this is where you will need to go. Providing that you couldn’t find the answer from the always helpful community chat, which is rare depending on the topic. Site Support will take care of your needs and they typically do it fast.
One of the many things about the Wealthy Affiliate Site Support team, is that they are always receiving glowing reviews about the quality and timely service that they provide. Unlike those other big companies, that are always putting you at the mercy of their inexperienced or uncaring customer support. The WA support team is always there, happy to help, and incredibly friendly and professional in all aspects of their business.
They truly care about your success and it shows with every member who has needed their services.
Now, in the unlikely event that you run into a problem, that the community can’t help you solve, you will need to file a request with Site Support.
But how can you do that?
Is it another, over complicated process that requires you to jump through hoops, because they are trying to discourage you from filing that request?
No, it’s not, and I hate when companies do that. Whenever you sign up for a paid service, you expect quality support to be accessible and helpful. Many companies do not follow that type of standard, and it’s incredibly annoying.
There is no worse feeling when getting a product or service, to find out that the support team is a joke when you need them, and the company is going out of their way to make it laborious and complicated. Makes me regret going through that company in the first place.
This is not the case with the Wealthy Affiliate Site Support feature. Let’s cover how to use it now, so you can see how easy this really is.
How To Use Site Support: Get The Support You Need, When You Need It.
As I mentioned before, you must be a premium Wealthy Affiliate member to gain access to this feature. While you could sign up for free with no credit card info, the premium membership is the way to go for serious online entrepreneurs with long term business goals. You will have everything you need to succeed.

So, about the process of filing a support ticket.
First things first, you need to sign in to your Wealthy Affiliate dashboard.
From here, you need to click “Websites”, on the left-hand side of the screen, and then click “Site Support” as seen in the image below.
Now that your inside the Site Support home page, lets see how to submit a ticket. As you can see, we are prompted with four options.
Answer Yes or No to, “Is this question related to your website?”.
How To Ask The Community First
Now, if your question is not related to your website, or you would like to ask the community first, then click NO. This will narrow the process down to only two steps, and you will be presented with a window to enter your question, and have it answered by the community.
In most cases, the community can answer your questions, related or not. There are many seasoned vets at Wealthy Affiliate, and many are active contributing members of the community as well.
After entering the title of your question, and the question itself, you will need to select a classroom for the question to be posted in.
Classrooms are a dedicated forum style question, answer, and training section inside Wealthy Affiliate. There are many and each one is dedicated to a specific section of running your own online business. I will have another article covering classrooms more in depth soon, but for now, just know that you can ask and receive answers for your questions or explore some community training here.
Try to choose a category that is closely related to your question. If you don’t see an option that is close, just select other and press “Ask Question”.

How To Submit A Ticket To The Support Team
If you were unsuccessful getting an answer from the community, or you are just looking to speak directly to support, then lets go back to step one.
Here are the steps in order: It’s and incredibly simple process.
- Step 1: Select “Yes”, if your question is related to one of your websites hosted with Wealthy Affiliate.
- Step 2: Choose the related domain name for the website in question.
- Step 3: Select a category for your problem. There are many to choose from, and if you don’t see a related option, just select “Other”.
- Step 4: Last but not least, fill out the same question form from before. This time it will be answered directly from the Site Support technical team within a few minutes.
Now, just set back and relax. The support team will take care of you in no time.
That’s all there is to it. Pretty simple right?
You can’t go wrong with Wealthy Affiliate. This is just one of the many reasons I say, that they are a one stop shop for everything you need to be successful online. Their support is always happy to help and they do it fast. Your success is important to them so they won’t keep you waiting for weeks on end.
